This is a classic of all the tapas bars of Spain. It covers those found in the north and south.


In this case I have accompanied of fried potatoes and yellow pepper you see in the picture, I do not remember his name. These peppers are sold in the market near my house are pickled peppers, but can not remember the name .....   • 2 filets per book
  • fresh mozzarella ham

You take a steak, season with salt and parsley, and sets in this order: half a slice of ham, slices of mozzarella , ham again, and plugging the other fillet.

this sandwich is coated in a tad of flour, egg and bread crumbs.

and fry in plenty of oil over medium-high heat. (Especially if you do not like meat too much past, like me)


The advice I will say that not only pincheis fillets with sticks, or anything like that, to help you make the sandwiches. The meat does not need to click as it loses all its juice.

And the touch of fresh mozzarella instead of cheese slices, gives a very good flavor and creaminess.
