Ingredients for 2 people:
- 4 chicken Jamoncito
- 1 onion 2 or 3 cloves garlic 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper 2 to 3 potatoes
- tempura flour
- virgin olive oil 1 bottle of beer
- salt 1 pinch chopped parsley
very simple to do.
Jamoncito are passed from chicken tempura flour and fried in olive oil.
reserved on a plate.
Strain the oil, put in a pan and add the chopped onion. It leaves them top and low heat for 15 minutes or until it gets poached.
Add the chopped red pepper with the garlic steak, and left 5, 10 minutes.
Same with green pepper.
