Ingredients for 10 pieces (approximately): 130-140
- gr.pastry flour
- 20 gr.liquid aniseed

- 1 egg 1 teaspoon baking royal
- oil 30 ml (3 tbsp)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Lemon Skin
- 1 / 2 teaspoonanisete
- whole milk 1 tablespoon
- sunflower oil for frying
- icing sugar to coat
Fry the lemon rind and anisete with the oil in a skillet. Strain and reserve.
Beat the egg with sugar to spin speed.
Add anise liquid, oil and tablespoon of milk. Beat well.
Add the sifted flour mixed with yeast. Mix well.
Cover with a cloth or wrap and let rest a couple of hours.
Take pieces of dough into a loop, and roll to make the shape of donuts.
Fry in sunflower oil, place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Coat with powdered sugar and ready to drink!
