Lakme Cosmetics Rates

Eclaire sausage croquettes stuffed with pastry cream and cream donuts anise



Ingredients for the dough:
  • 2 medium eggs 65 ml
  • . whole milk
  • 60 ml.
  • water
  • 55 gr.
    sifted flour
  • 55 gr.
    butter
  • 2 gr.
    sugar
To make is simple:

you put into a saucepan milk, water and butter. When mixture begins to boil remove and add the flour mixed with sugar at once.

Replace the heat and stir with the help of a wooden spoon until it forms a smooth dough ball.

Add eggs one at a time, stirring with a spoon until the mixture is compacted.

Preheat oven to 200 º C.

  • 15 gr.
    sugar
  • 20 gr.
  • cornstarch 2 egg yolks
