Carrot Cake (carrot cake) Cookies
is not very common in Spain we use vegetables in desserts, the truth is that they are a revelation.
Several years ago I found the carrot cake that I bring you today and I really do not get tired of it and every time I do and someone to test for the first time, is shocked, because you can not imagine that "this" flavor and "that" give the texture is the carrot.

4 eggs - 1 1 / 2 cups sunflower oil

2 cups sugar - 2 tablespoons
vanilla extract - 2 cups flour

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 / 2 teaspoon ground cloves

- 3 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

- 50 gr. butter at room temperature
- 100 gr.

Leave in pan about 10 min. then unmold and cool completely on wire rack. Prepare
coverage beating together all ingredients and spread on the cake, once chilled.
