This is a biscuit or cake with an intense banana flavor with nuts (in this case, walnuts and hazelnuts).
I've done it in a cake pan of 20 cm, so the quantities are going to detail for a cake like the photo.

- sifted flour 3 bananas (about 250 gr. approx.)
- 1 natural yogurt 150 gr.
- sugar 2 eggs 100 ml
- . sunflower oil
- 6 gr. of baking soda or baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 / 4 teaspoon of baking soda (or even less, just a tip of a teaspoon)
- 70 gr. walnuts and hazelnuts mixed
Preheat oven to 170 º C
Grease the cake mold.
Mash the bananas.
In a bowl mix the flour, yeast, and pinch of baking soda.
Beat eggs and sugar at safe speed until laundered.
Add the teaspoon of vanilla, and oil while beating thread.
following is add the yogurt and flour mixture bit by bit.
For that nuts do not go to the bottom of the cake, you have to pass them in flour and shake with the help of a sieve.
Add these nuts to mixture.
Pour the pan, and bake at 170 º C for 40-50 minutes.
Wait 5 minutes before removing from pan, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
I served together with a little melted chocolate.
