What to do on a Sunday in which everything is closed and the street is freezing cold? Yes! preprarar sweet home!

So yesterday some apple fritters prepared to fight a cold.
Since we are in era of excess, one more barely noticeable!

Ingredients: 150 gr

  • flour 2 eggs 150 ml

  • whole milk 1 teaspoon baking
  • salt 1 pinch of skin
  • 1 lemon 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Royal Gala apples (depending on size, I have used 4)
  • 50 gr. sugar
  • Cinnamon to taste lemon juice oil for frying

We assume that all ingredients are at room temperature.

Beat egg yolks with 1 tablespoon sugar.
Add the flour mixed with yeast and milk and continue beating until well integrated.
Leave the mixture (in my case as it was all about the progress I've made 15-20 minutes, but the longer you leave better)

Peel apples, cored, cut into slices, and sprinkle with juice Lemon and 50 gr. of sugar mixed with cinnamon to taste. Let stand

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add to the previous mass.

Heat plenty of oil in a skillet.

Roll the apples in the dough.
Before you add the dumplings in the pan fry the lemon peel, and then the dumplings over medium-high heat.
