Lemon Curd Muffins Cranberry Muffins

As Lemon Curd had wanted to use it in something delicious, and not eat it all with a spoon.
investigating and eventually I came to the conclusion that lemon curd muffins were a good choice.
I chose the recipe Marie Rayner, who has a very interesting blog, and this was the result, pictured muffins lemon curd and blueberry previous entry.
Now the recipe:
1 1 / 2 cups (200 gr.) Flour

Preheat oven to 190 ยบ C and prepare muffin pan with paper liners (to me left me 10 muffins)

Put into each mold two tablespoons of dough, one of lemon curd and cover with more dough. Bake 15 to 20 min. (I had to put 20) until they have grown and are firm to touch. When out of the oven can be covered with more lemon curd and icing sugar (but I left them as is), cool in a grid, but we ate them warm and they were delicious.
