Apple Crumble Cake.
For the base:
2 Pippin apples
1 1 / 2 cups flour
1 / 2 cup sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder (Royal)
1 / 2 cup milk 1 egg
large 1 / 3 cup butter, melted ( can be corn oil or sunflower)
To cover the cake:
3 / 4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon
of
ground cinnamon 1 / 4 cup flour 2 tablespoons
butter 1 / 2 cup sliced \u200b\u200balmonds.
Preheat oven to 180 ยบ C.
Make a mixture with the dry ingredients and set aside. Beat egg with milk and butter and cold. Incorporating the liquid to the dry mixture and beat until incorporated. Pour the mixture into a rectangular or square that we will lined with parchment. Wash, peel and cut the apples into very thin slices. Place them on the ground. In another bowl, mix the softened butter, flour, cinnamon and brown sugar until lumps. Spread this mixture over apples and top with almonds. Bake until the cake is done (by clicking with a toothpick will come out dry).
This cake is delicious served hot or mild and may be accompanied by whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Really simple and rich.
